It can be pretty daunting trying to find a tradesperson to deal with your house. I chose Southside on a slight whim due to their decent reviews, and the fact they actually promptly responded to my email for a quote (crazy how hard this can be to get these days). I was so impressed with the professionalism and promptness of the team, that I've used them multiple times now. Locky who came around to do the installations was thorough, tidy, and pleasant to deal with. Looking forward to using them again in the future.

I can thoroughly recommend SAE for your A/C needs. They recently replaced my ducted A/C upstairs and downstairs split. Communication was excellent with office and trades staff, they turned up on time, did a professional job, including tidying up after. These guys know their stuff! I even had them round this week to repair a broken TV aerial, rung in the morning, repaired in the afternoon.

We picked Southside Airconditioning and Electrical based on the review of a friend of ours. We engaged with the company quickly via email and were met with a prompt response and quote based on plans. The arrangements to have a formal site inspection were easy and quickly arranged. Following accepting the very reasonable quote, the system was placed in the next week. Fantastic work, great outcome, brilliant communication by the whole team. 10/10. Would definitely recommend. Don’t go cheap.

I'm very happy with Southside's service, from the initial advice I received from Mick and the following communications with the team to agree on the scope of work and timing. The team installed 2 new split systems and replaced an older one. They covered all areas in ny home with sheeting to avoid dirtying my carpets. I would highly recommend Southside Air-conditioning and Electrical
