MC Electrical are your go to people for anything Solar and Battery, I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is worth the wait time to get them to install your system as you can be confident that it will be done correctly and it will work as promised. The process of getting anything installed is absolutely seamless. We had Yorick come to our house to provide an in-depth quote on our solar install back in 2024. Coming out to the house allowed Yorick to best design a solar system to fit our needs. Following on from the initial quote, we had an electrician come out to check over the details and ensure that the design would work on the day of the install. The day of the install was fantastic. Everyone showed up on time, completed the work to a very high standard and explained how the system worked, helped to connect all of the apps and ensure these worked before they left. We had a few tiles broken on the day of the install (not unexpected!), but these were very quickly rectified the next day with no issues. We have since had a 19.3 kWh BYD home battery installed alongside our existing Fronius inverter. Similar to the above process, all checks were completed prior to the day of the install to ensure there were no surprises on the day. The install team, Josh, Dane and Brad were fantastic. Again, everyone showed up on time, the work was completed to an exceptional standard and they helped to install the battery cover to protect against the sun and elements. Prior to leaving, the battery system was tested, made sure it was charging from solar, providing the house with power from the battery, mains power off and checked circuits on backup to make sure they worked while not connected to the grid and all of the shutdown/restart procedures were explained and shown. They made sure everything was working in the apps and displaying as it should. The area was left clean and tidy and we had our first weekend operating on battery power with zero issues and zero grid imports!

Great company, all the staff are fantastic . Allan came and installed our battery and he was FANTASTIC! The motto for the company is "we know solar " I reckon it should be " forget the rest go with the BEST" Lots of shonkies out there but these guys are Brisbane based bricks and mortar company. I recently had MC Electrical upgrade my existing 10kW solar system — removing a Fronius inverter and replacing it with a Tesla Powerwall 3 and expansion pack. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Communication from the office team (shout out to Bec) was excellent, with consistent updates leading up to the install to make sure everything was good to go. On the day, Josh (the head installer) arrived right on time and got straight into it. By around 1pm the system was on and running tests, and within the hour it was fully operational. The attention to detail throughout the install was outstanding — it’s easily one of the cleanest installs I’ve seen, and I’ve had a few done at previous homes. They also left the garage spotless, just as they found it that morning. Couldn’t recommend MC Electrical more highly — professional, efficient, and clearly take great pride in their work.

Friendly, professional and extensively knowledgeable. MC recently replaced our system they installed in 2015 with a complete solar and battery package. Design to installation MC’s communication and support is above and beyond. Any simple to in depth questions are answered. Friendly and punctual admin to install staff I can’t recommend MC and higher. After several months of ownership, I am extremely satisfied with the product, as I write this review from my air-conditioned room, which incurs no running costs. Nicole demonstrated extensive product knowledge and presented a variety of options, ultimately guiding me to select a 9.7 kW array with a Tesla Powerwall 3 Battery, all without any sales pressure. Communication with the company, facilitated by Joanna, was thorough and left no room for uncertainty. On installation day, Alan and the team executed the project seamlessly, reflecting their excellent training and coordination. This was a key reason for choosing this company; they employ their own tradesmen and apprentices, ensuring cohesive teamwork. The installation was meticulous, with cable runs perfectly aligned with the house's aesthetic, making them nearly invisible.
