Allan and Ryan installed two new air conditioners for me and I couldn’t be happier. They arrived on time, worked neatly, and the units look great and run perfectly. Allan and his team were fantastic! Allan reviewed our current solar panels to see the condition they were in. After Allan's advice we had the Solair team remove the very old solar panels to have our roof replaced. The Solair team showed up on time and completed the job exactly how they said they would. Just had my solar panels removed and disconnected, and Allan discovered some cabling issues part of the main switchboard had actually been burned. We’ve used different electricians in the past for our air conditioning, hot plate, and hot water, but none of them ever pointed out any issues or potential dangers. I’m really glad Allan mentioned and recommended the necessary work. In the end, it was up to us to decide whether to go ahead, and we’re very happy we did. We decided to upgrade the switchboard and main lead, and now we have peace of mind knowing our home is safe and protected, with a certificate to guarantee the work. I got 3 quotes and these guys came in with the best price, almost half what the big "well known" company quoted. I asked them how that's possible and its simple - they own the business and have no overheads - but half the price also made me believe they are just fair traders. They were super friendly and stayed all day and got the job done. They put power into our downstairs shed, 2 fans, 2 downlights, 2 outside lights, and an air con - this included safety switches for the area isolated from the main house. Very professional finish and they vacuumed and cleaned everything before leaving, taking all the rubbish with them. Very happy with the service and highly recommend them!

Allen reacted promptly and a very comprehensive damage report together with a quote was received the same day.
