Michael the owner came to my house and took the time to talk me through the many options available for both fire alarms and security systems and submitted a detailed quote to me, once I approved the quote work started soon after. Glen Installed the fire alarms and security system Glen was very professional and informative as he completed the work, he cleaned up after himself and did quality work. From start to finish a good experience and I will use Qualtech electrical again and can recommend them.

Recently used Michael and team for installation of three split systems. From providing the initial quote, recommendations and install the service has been exceptional. I will certainly be using them in the future.

I made a call to inquire about servicing our high mount split system air cons. Michael was quick and polite and arranged everything perfectly. Called to get help with a short circuit. Sunday call out not easy but this company is different. Got the help I needed over the phone, facetime in fact! No hassles, freindly and got the emergency under control until they could come out Monday. Completely unexpected and great service. Made my day!
