Not to mention the equipment utilised is pretty superior if you do your homework. Or save the time and give them a call for a Quote. You won't be disappointed. Oh and Accessible via App as well for real-time usage.

Undeniable quality product and service. I chose Positronic in early 2024, but I had a few unforeseen issues impact my home's build time. All the while Positronic were patient, and able to honour the price and product as per the original quote. I first heard about Positronic when I was looking at systems around 2012. They had were active participants on forums discussing solar and were well reputed. The decision not to use them back then was only circumstantial and I chose a more local, also well respected option. Come 2024, and of the reputable companies, only Positronic remained (and I mean thoroughly vetted and reputable, not just well known). So they were my first stop. No pushy sales, in fact, there was an opportunity to upsell a battery to a naïve customer, but after looking at my situation, they didn't think it offered value for my family. After a few false starts (due to my construction delay), the team arrived to installed; professional, tidy, and courteous. The installation was mint (a small detail, and I'm not sure if it was luck, but the parts used matched the existing switchboard, which presented really well.) The solar is performing a well as advertised. We're happy and makes running the AC possible without having to skip a meal. The service and support (all proactive by the way), has been exceptional. I really get a sense that the business owners/management value the quality and reputation they have. There's a genuine/honest vibe around this company, (that's got to be rare in the solar game) Wouldn't recommend another company for solar. Actually, if these guys open a 7-11, I'm doing my shopping there.

Great pre and post sales experience from Positronic. Down to earth advice, no hard sell, helped us pick the right system for our needs (9.5kw with Micro Inverters, and Catch Power for our hot water). Install team did a great job, talked us through everything, and proactively worked to identify and resolve a minor issue the next day that they picked up once they looked at the telemetry from the panels. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Positronic Solar in Brisbane. As other reviewers have mentioned, they were a little more expensive but their service is top-notch, and they have a solid track history of installing solar in Brisbane. Installation team are highly professional and efficient, and the owner of the business is passionate about solar. Little over a year since install, and the system performs better than expected. After-install support has been great as well.

Recently had a 6.55kw system installed from Positronic after recommendations from both Whirlpool and other sites when conducting research. As mentioned, they aren't the cheapest, but with solar it seems you certainly get what you pay for. From quoting to installation, all members of the team were straight up, no-BS and got the job done on time with no excuses. John, the owner himself came and explained the detailed quote, and two installers came and were hard-working and respectful during their time here, whilst answering any questions I had. I was told to get an installation done from a team that has been around for a while and has a reputation of fixing any issues when they arise, and that's the reason I went with the local team at Positronic. Highly recommend John and the team.

We've just had a new Enphase PV system and Catch Power for the hotwater installed by John's team at Positronic and we're very happy with everything. From the initial consulation to the communication from the office to the workmanship of his team and quality of the system and components used we couldn't be happier. 10/10
