We have purchased a crap shack that was likely to kill us through electrical issues, as the previous owner was a "builder" and had performed all the electrical work in the property. Pinnacle took the time to understand that we didnt want to die, but also we needed to be conscious of our funds and fix the immediate life threatening aspects of our Amityville Horror House. We were able to discuss the works estimated, and had them performed by the team, who were friendly and informative at every turn. And during a major weather event as well!!!
