Open Electrical Solar

We were looking to get a large solar and battery system for a house we just purchased. We went around to many companies for a quote and settled with Open Electrical and Solar. Our communication with Boris in sales was excellent and he was eager and patient in answering all our questions. Lauchy, Samuel and Lewis came on schedule to install our Sigenergy battery and Jinko Solar panels. Upon arrival it became clear that the original plan for the panels wouldn’t have worked effectively. This was no problem and the lads came up with a new layout for the panels with no complaints and no hassle. They worked slowly, safely and efficiently and to a very high standard. They were respectful of our property and in their communication with us throughout the process. They left not a single spec of mess and did a fantastic job. Didn’t cut any corners and the system works flawlessly. At current estimates we will have paid off the system in less than 4 years and our power bills will be going from $500 per month down to maybe $30 at the most.

Happy with price and product, however, the bracket holding the electrical cable to the panels separated from the wall of our unit. Rang after sales service and this was eventually fixed (5 months later). Otherwise happy with installation, price and service.

Open Electrical quoted installing an Inverter and Battery system to our residence. Andrew attended our home and took the time necessary to explain in detail all our questions. Their professionalism was apparent from the start.
