I recently moved into my house and noticed our solar system had stopped working, which I thought was due to a recent smart meter installation. Since Omega Solar's plaque was already on the house, I gave them a call, and they came out within a few days to inspect. Unfortunately, they discovered the system had been severely damaged by a storm, and after reviewing our bills, we found it had stopped working on Christmas Day. Omega went above and beyond in assisting with my insurance claim, even though the claim was knocked back three times. They answered every question my insurer had and took the time to explain the ins and outs of solar to me, making sure I understood what was required for replacement. Four months later, when the claim finally settled, Omega was out within the week to install the new system. What really impressed me was how personal the service felt. The team knew me and my situation every step of the way, and I never had to re-explain anything. We decided to upgrade, and Omega was incredibly transparent about what would give us the best value for money, what our household needed now, and how to future-proof the system. The installation team was punctual, considerate, and tidy, and I was able to work from home without any interruptions. If you're looking for solar, look no further than Omega. We had our Solar System installed by the team at Omega Solar. I have to say, their service, from the sales quotation through to install was superb.
