After some past bad experiences with trades in my home - my faith in the service industry is now restored. Peter in customer service was fantastic. He was friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful, and he managed to squeeze me in before the mythical Christmas deadline. He also offered a very competitive price compared to other quotes, which I really appreciated. Toby, the technician, was an absolute professional. He was punctual, incredibly knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He was also extremely respectful — something that unfortunately isn’t always a given — and made the whole process feel comfortable and easy. We removed and replaced the air conditioner smoothly and efficiently. The work was done with care, confidence, and zero stress. Highly recommend JVK for your aircon and electrical requirements. There were definitely some challenges along the way but the team adapted and worked hard to get the ducted system installed to ensure a comfortable Christmas for us. Always on time and options were always discussed. Thanks again!

I've had these guys do a few jobs at my house already, from aircon replacements to switch fittings, and they've been great every time. They provided a range of quotes and gave thorough advise on what was the best value. And for the requests that didn't work out (ie fitting dimmers on ceiling fans that turned out to not be ac dc compatible) they didnt charge lol. They're work has been good for a couple years now and I would trust them for any future jobs as well 👍
