During his visit he took the time to learn how we were using electricity and the solar energy and look at our appliances in relation to the energy they were using. Before selling us anything, John suggested a few things to change within our appliances and usage and then reassess our bills after these changes. Highly recommended to get John out to see what he can do for you.

Read moreGreat Customer Service - after making an inquiry with Nuway Solar regards the HandE-1000 portable power station I was promptly called back by John who took the time to make sure that the product was suitable for my planned use. After ordering John called to confirm if I needed an additional accessory cable for a solar panel connection - which I did, and the unit arrived in Cairns a few days later. Great service, and so far the HandE-1000 is performing perfectly as expected.
