My partner and I had an aircon drainage pipe issue. Water was leaking through the balcony and dripping under our neighbor's balcony edge to the ground. It had been a very stressful experience until Jaz's amazing skill solved our issue. He cut down the drainage pipe to flush the sludge out, supported the drainage pipe, and tightened the hose with an O-ring. He even kindly handled the wasp's nest near the hot water system.
