It was a very easy and pleasant way to have my mixer fixed. The staff were always polite and very helpful, and most importantly they were very organised and efficient. The cost was very reasonable too.

Repaired my Delonghi coffee machine in a reasonable time. Texted and emailed repair quote promptly. Easy to find company when leaving machine. Replacement part was a reasonable cost. Would contact them again if the future if need be.

I have used noosa electric co.in the past & chose them again for a recent call-out to check my heat pump hws. It stopped working & upon inspection a burnt out component was discovered. The serviceman was very knowledgeable about the system & was able to remove the damaged component, but still leave the system functioning so I continued to have a supply of hot water until the damaged part was replaced. Once the part was sourced, I was contacted, the serviceman returned, installed the part & the HWS functions normally again. Very reliable, knowledgeable, thoughtful & dependable are some of the words I would use to describe my experiences dealing with noosa electric co. & next time I need an electrician, I will call them again.

Very rapid response to air con failure over the Christmas period. Mitch the repair guy was great, removed a fried gecko from the controller board and had the aircon going within minutes. Highly recommended.

We had a 3 year old dryer that suddenly stopped working. I contacted ‘Noosa Electric Co’ and luckily they had a spot the next day for someone to come and check the dryer out. It needed a new part, which was ordered as soon as we made the decision, and within 1 week we had our dryer back up and running…. This was all the week before Christmas too! All communication was excellent and the technician was knowledgeable and had great customer service. I would highly recommend this business and if we ever have any issues similar, I will be contacting ‘Noosa Electric Co’ 😊.
