Hi Everone Would like to highly recommend Alex from ABC Electrical &Fire Spoke on the phone this morning regarding electrical problem Having explained the problem He told me he could come round later the same day. But advised me that it was a proses of elimination to identify the faulty appliance . This would save his time and my money, Took me 5 minutes to identify the fridge freezer was tripping the circuit breaker. I called Alex back and thanked him for his input, I offered to pay for the advice but he refused So can’t speak higher of the man and his service Not often you get a service like that. After reading such great reviews we got Alex around to check out our smoke alarms. He was very informative and professional and offered some great advice which saved us lots of time and effort! I will definitely use ABC Electrical & Fire again next time. Alex was awesome!

I can only speak very highly of Alex from ABC Electrical and Fire. We had an electrical fault on the weekend, and Alex answered our call immediately, assessed the problem over the phone and guided us to an acceptable situation that got us through the weekend until he arrived at 7AM Monday morning, but with the proviso that he would come immediately if we weren’t happy with the situation. His communication is excellent and he is very timely when he says that he will arrive, or he will alert you immediately if there is a change to his availability. We found Alex to be very competent and he explains every step of his findings. He clearly explains his quote for work required, and obtains consent before proceeding with the work. He is very polite and professional. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Alex.

What a refreshing change to deal with a professional, helpful tradesman. Alex turned up on time, kept in touch prior to coming on site and provided expert advice on all our electrical and smoke alarm needs.
