I feel so lucky to have met Reuben. He is polite, punctual, patient, professional, and offers competitive pricing. He also maintains a tidy workspace, which I truly appreciate. Reuben helped me fix the interior MR16 downlight driver/lid and the exterior wall light. Even when I initially misunderstood the lighting loop and gave him incorrect information, he remained patient. He took the time to locate the junction box, carefully traced the existing lighting loop, and even went the extra mile by improving the wiring and sealing it with silicone to prevent water ingress in the exterior wall light.
