We had CRM at our house on Melinda st Southport today for a fuse box issue. From the moment the technician arrived to the minute he left was exceptional service. I didnt catch his name but his communication, work ethic and his happy personality really made our day. Thanks So much for sorting our issue out. Would give more stars if I could.

Couldn't be more impressed with Travis, Aaron, and Sarah. From the moment I made the initial contact to have our body Corp basement lighting repaired, to the quoting process, and through to the completion of the job, they made everything so smooth. Sarah did an excellent job coordinating quotes and scheduling visits for repairs, and the team worked together seamlessly. Excellent service. Through a series of phone calls and photos, one electrician was able to advise and direct me to solve an electrical issue in my home. There was no call out fee and no charge made to me. This is our second time using CRM Electrical. The first time was to wire some inbuilt TV units. Service is top class . The team are experts in their field and trustworthy. I doubt we will use anyone else in our home.

I recently used CRM electrical for some down lights and new power points I required at my house for my outdoor area. We needed a new point installed for a spa we were having delivered and were worried about how difficult this may be and if it would look awkward. Nat was our electrician that came out and he was exceptional. His knowledge and electrical skills were very impressive. He made suggestions for us when we weren't certain of what we should do and made the electrical works fit perfectly together. He installed conduit that matched our eaves so it blended perfectly. We then had Dean come out to install our downlights and also put a point in for our BBQ area and again, it was an exceptional job. Both times the site was left impeccably clean. We are so pleased with the quality and craftmanship that CRM displayed and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys for your amazing work!

Dan was absolutely amazing, from the time I called till the completion of the scope of urgent works required. The prompt response, amongst the level of customer service was next level. Dan walked and talked me through the issues and how best to avoid them in the future, which was great. Affordable and efficient call out fees, would highly recommend.
