Jeff and Tom provided excellent service with a quick turnaround. I was contacted, quoted, and had the new system installed within a few days. Perfect timing heading into summer, and it’s already made working from home far more comfortable — no more sweating through Teams meetings. This is the second installation I’ve had done by JT Air Conditioning, and the consistency in quality stands out. Reliable, efficient, and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Could not be happier with the professionalism and service from Jeff and Tom. Replacing a 10 year old bulky air conditioner with a sleek new Mitsubishi Inverter with no mess, leaving very little to repaint. Prompt, reliable and competitively priced. This air conditioning business is absolutely first rate. They installed our air conditioning unit five years and have serviced it annually ever since to ensure it has been running smoothly. I recently arranged for Jeff Thatcher from JT Airconditioning to visit my son’s place in Camira to quote on the installation and positioning of two aircon units that would provide maximum cooling in the main living spaces in the home. After having provided his expert opinion on the placement of the A/Cs and quoting a very reasonable price, Jeff promised that he would try to have the job done mid-November before my son and his new fiancé returned from overseas. I was subsequently both surprised and pleased to have him call me two days later to say that he could do the job immediately. Both Jeff and his son Thomas met me at my son’s place where they installed the aircon units exactly as specified and they are both working perfectly. Once again, I was impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, and expert performance.
