We recently had our old split system units removed, and a new ducted air conditioning system installed at our home. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The three guys from the team arrived right on time as scheduled. They were all friendly, well mannered, and took the time to walk us through the property, making sure we were happy with the placement of everything before starting the work. The team worked consistently all day and did a top job with both the removal and the installation. The new ducted air con was up and running to our satisfaction by the end of the day, and they made sure to show us how to use the control panel, so we’d be comfortable operating it. We really appreciated that they cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, leaving the place spotless. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home’s air conditioning or even just installing a totally new one.
