Dealing with JTL Solutions has been a pleasure. Front of house is Megan who is a wealth of knowledge. Nothing is too much. Communication is excellent. Everything ran smoothly. The trades were also professional, efficient and respected our spaces and left everything as they found it. A very professional team worth considering if you want a stress free solar installation.

We had a new silent range hood installed that involved a motor in the roof cavity and ductwork to an external exhaust. The quote was very reasonable, the guys were very polite, respectful, they turned up on time and finished in a timely manner, the final result in the kitchen and on the roof looks great. They even took all the packaging and the old appliance away. Megan was great to deal with she kept us informed and followed up, I absolutely recommend Josh, Megan and the team at JLT Solutions

JLT Solutions are your go-to experts for any of your solar requirements. We suffered significant hail damage to our roof and solar in 2024. Josh from JLT did the initial solar damage report and helped us through the entire process including cleverly designing a system that suited our requirements and budget. Our roof also had to be replaced and JLT were excellent communicators with the roofing company and kept me informed all the way through the process. Josh’s expertise in the solar industry is second-to-none and listened to my outcome requirements and had solutions for any questions on how to set us up for success. Josh and his team were complemented by Megan’s Ninja like organisational skills and great communication! The team of installers were all excellent, clearly know their trade, were never phased and only too happy to indulge my investigative (and no doubt annoying) questions. I can’t speak highly enough for the level of service, expertise and attention to detail. I have no hesitation in commending JLT Solutions to anyone wanting to to upgrade their system or to have a system designed and installed for the first time. I was most impressed with both the expertise and helpfulness of the technical staff as well as the efficient and timely communication of the office support. A few problems were encountered however all issues were promptly and professional rectified clearly demonstrating JLT’s commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
