Kyle has provided great assistance and knowledge for my test/tag, calibration and measurement tooling purchases. I get all my calibrations and testing done with Industry Scientific not only because they do a very good job but they provide great advice in providing more cost effective options for measurement and calibration system issues. Great service - I contacted Industry Scientific to do a service for me, they gave me a written quote which I accepted. I dropped the equipment in to them after they had closed for the day and the job completed the next day. I highly recommend them.

Was snapping seat post clamps and bolts on my carbon mountain bike so it was time for a torque wrench calibration. The wrench was reading high and not fixable. Due to not being able to fix the problem they waived the service fee. Great service and gave good recommendations for a replacement
