A big thank you to Lachy, Matt and Aidan for the work they recently completed. From when I first contacted Lachy I was so impressed with the professionalism showed. Explaining things as the work progressed was greatly appreciated. You could see how they work together so well as a team. Customer service was exceptional! Lachy from Holliday electrical came out inspect a loss of power issue and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Not only was he speedy in his replies and call out, but he was also extremely thorough in his assessment and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was and what the solution would be. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, which we really appreciated. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the whole process. Lachy and the team are great, highly recommend. They are professional, communicative, skilled and just generally nice to be around! I've had them complete several jobs now (install ceiling fans, maintain aircons, split light switches). They've been efficient and completed all jobs to such a high standard.

We used Holliday Electrical last week to do a number of jobs - install a split system air con, add some outlets and move one, get our smoke alarms up to code and update our electrical box to have all separate safety switches. Lachie was on time for his onsite quote, was very friendly and prompt sending the quotes through. I appreciated that they were all itemised and easy to access. We accepted the job and booked the day. On the day again they arrived on time; Lachie, Matt and their apprentice got all the tasks done in pretty good time and left the site clean. I was especially grateful for how patient they were with my two incredible curious toddlers asking them questions and showing them random items and being very interested in all the tools! I highly recommend Holliday Electrical. I submitted an online enquiry and received a call back almost immediately. Gabi was lovely to speak with and organised my booking for the very next day. Matt and Luca attended to fix my leaking aircon unit and went a step further by replacing some of the piping from the previous installer to help prevent the issue from happening again. They also cleaned the unit, and it’s now working brilliantly. Both were happy to explain the problem and answer all my questions. Thank you so much for your help!
