They actively listen to your needs and then taylor systems to suit your household. They were also very competitive with pricing. 5 stars from me .

Very satisfied with my service and clean on our multi head split system Air-conditioning unit. Arrived at the time advised by the office. Russell and Liam were very quick and clean as they carried out whatever was required. Very pleasant and professional and were obviously very knowledgeable about their work. Highly recommend this business.

Great communication, very flexible with appointments as we had to change days, the tradesmen were very thorough, explained a problem with air con and took pics to show me from in the ceiling. They were polite & easy to talk to, they did not just breeze in and out, we felt they gave the air con a good service and us great advice. Highly recommend Mid Coast Air.

Thank you so much to Jennifer & Nathan for your helpful service at the Hervey Bay office in helping me choose the right Air Condition unit for our Home and having it fitted within a week the 5th day of summer. We would also like give our big thanks to Len, the Apprentice and the Electrician that did such a wonderful job removing the old A/C and installing the New Daikin airconditioning.
