Very impressed with the professionalism of Gold Coast Generators who supplied and installed a Pramac 7500i generator to allow a fully automated turn on/ turn off power supply. I first contacted Rodney Mitchell from Gold Coast Generators on behalf of Elysee Apartments at Kirra and asked him if he would be interested in providing a price for the installation of a generator with the capacity to provide the power to cater for the essentials ie: 2x Lifts, Pool Pump, Basement Power & Lighting, Basement pumps providing water to our Toilets & Laundry Etc. This would give a level of comfort to our residents to go on with their daily living in the case of a Blackout or Cyclone. Rod was happy to meet on site and assess the capasity of the generator needed to provide the power for our apartment building. I found Rodney being a licenced electrician to be very experienced & with his knowledge of providing generated power for ELYSEE needs convinced me, that Gold Coast Generators with their track record were the right company to do the job. I then went to their Factory at Biggera Waters & Met Ben & his Secretary Carly.which gave me the confidence that GOLD COAST GENERATORS were the right choice to install the generator for our apartment building. Gold Coast Generators also provide a service to monitor the operation of our generator remotely for a fee, which gives a level of comfort knowing that they will know when our generator starts & they know the hours run & if fuel is needed they will automatically provide a fuel filling service without any input form our Body Corporate or onsite manager.
