We’ve had a fantastic experience with Joseph from Electrum Electrical. He is incredibly pleasant to deal with, meticulous in his work, and thoroughly professional. Joseph completed a wide range of electrical work at our home including LED strip lighting, ceiling fans, 3-in-1 heat fan lights, pendant lights, wall lights, LED sensor bathroom mirrors, security cameras, and a Tesla wall charger. What stood out most was his thoughtful approach—he carefully assesses the best installation methods and always provides clear options. He consulted with me on details like the height of bathroom mirrors and the length of pendant lights to ensure I was completely happy before proceeding. His attention to detail means the work may take a little longer, but the results speak for themselves. I really appreciate his dedication to getting things done right the first time. Joseph is conscientious and meticulous. I got him to inspect our property’s smoke alarms and he was the first sparkie to find a serious wiring issue. Very quickly he fixed it and it was at a very reasonable price.

We were repairing on ORG for a client in Taringa, Brisbane, and the original builder installed an earth cable in the concrete driveway, which we cut by mistake. Joe attended quickly, dealt with the issue professionally and thoroughly. Nice bloke and highly recommend.
