I needed urgent help with my unit as I wasn’t sure what was going on with the power. I had already paid my bill and there was no sign of power, so I was quite confused about the issue. Richie was incredibly helpful and responsive. He had a can do attitude, took initiative, and didn’t hesitate to step in and assist. And resolved the issue that night! His support made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough as this is my first encounter with him and I won’t be using anyone else now Thank you, Richie!

My family hired Richard to install smoke alarms throughout the home of our relative, preparing this home for sale. Richard was great very friendly he put a new cook top in for me when I mentioned the stickers on the power box had fallen off he replaced them no extra charge very nice bloke reasonable rates I will definitely get him again if I need another sparky job done. I did get Richard again in my new house in Tewantin very neat and fast worker takes great pride in his trade very versatile put ceiling fans and 2 outdoor power points in for me, he is in my trusted tradie list in my phone I will never bother ringing anybody else.

We run a business in Coolum and desperately needed an electrician after water in our AC units caused havoc. Called Richard and he was on site within half an hour. He promptly and efficiently solved our problem and we were able to open on time. We highly recommend Electrical Excellence. Did I mention he was very reasonably priced.
