Des is a genuine bloke who is honest and practical with his approach to service. I can see why people speak so highly of him in google reviews (which is how I found him). I was looking for a sparky to install some bathroom ceiling lights/fans and then do ongoing jobs here and there in the future. He promptly came out and inspected, gave me a fair quote and some top notch advice, and was available to get it done in a timely manner. Im more than happy with the final job. I've also overheard him on phone calls with other potential clients who call him with their electrical problems - he is very approachable, ethical and often tries to problem shoot with them first to get the best outcome for them, and not just go straight to recommending a call out. When he does have to organise a call out, he is honest and upfront with what the client may expect and any costs to anticipate. Highly recommend his services, a good bloke doing good work and excellent to chat with.
