We recently purchased a new property and the electrics for our house needed updating. We contacted Crichton Industrial to help us solve this issue and they were beyond helpful! We had Tariff 33 installed for our pool and they updated ALL the interior lighting, to increase our energy efficiency and reduce our bill. We could not be happier. This team were extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, provided excellent service and were really professional. We wanted a company that knew their stuff and were local to Cairns. Their reviews were great. So was our experience. Mick, the manager and one of the people ‘on the tools’, was straightforward, reliable and very transparent. The tradies they provided were efficient, clean and polite. We highly recommend this company 😀

Highly recommend Crichton electrical have been using them for our electrical needs at Smithfield Village ELC past few years. Always kind, polite and professional. Efficient replies to emails n books in jobs so fast. Visits us so fast to look at urgent jobs.

Finally an electrician who was on time! And cleaned up after himself! What a godsend. Mick was very professional when he was fixing and installing our powerpoints, fans & lights. Very well mannered and polite and knew all about the products he was installing/fixing. Mick is very knowledgeable about all things electrical, we will definitely be using him again for any future work. Can't recommend enough! Thank you again Mick for the work you've done for us.
