We recently had our smoke alarms serviced by Capital Electrical, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bill was absolutely amazing – professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was installed and working perfectly before he left. It’s so reassuring to deal with someone who genuinely cares about safety and customer service. Highly recommend Capital Electrical, especially Bill!

Today i had my fire alarm promptly rechecked and changed out after they were going off randomly though iut the day with no cooking or hazards causing it. I email capital the replied incredibly quickly. And sent out one of the most efficient technicians I've ever met. (Derek) awesome guy , explained to me what may have been cause the issue and gave me tips on prolonging the life of the alarms. Absolute thrilled with how polite the young man "Billy" was from Capital Electrical when checking the smoke alarms in my house. Had a great experience with Tom from Capital Electrical. He came to clean our aircons and replace a ceiling fan and did a great job. Had a great chat and a laugh while he worked, everything was done to a high standard and he cleaned up after himself when he left. What more can you ask for in a tradie!

I had to have an additional power outlet installed in the laundry and a light fixed outside the house, I was very impressed with the service. The tradesman (sorry I didn't get his name) was very professional, polite and very respectful. I asked for the power outlet to be placed in a location that we would be able to turn off the power when the front loader machine was not in use, and it was perfectly positioned. It's great to see a business that actually listens to client requests. And the outside light, well we discovered it wasn't broken after all. Excellent work ethic, great communications, great service, he even tidied up after himself. 100% meet my expectations, I would gladly recommend your business.
