He then came out to confirm the cable size and verified that the AC had been installed incorrectly. Tas was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly generous with his time — he didn’t even charge for the call-out. Highly recommend!

We recently needed urgent assistance with a partial power failure at night. A family member uses essential medical equipment requiring 24 hour access to power. We phoned several electricians that were listed as 24 hour services - but some didn't even answer. Brightlite Electrical Services answered and were extremely helpful and patient. He (sorry I don't remember your name) talked us through some testing options to try and pin down the issue. After lots of helpful discussion he was heading over when we lost all power along with the rest of the neighbours. It was now a registered power outage with Energex so we no longer needed the service. Rather than being annoyed, he was very understanding of the cancellation and refused to charge us for the time he had spent on the phone and preparing to come over which had taken up more than an hour of his night. I have kept his number and would absolutely use his services in the future. A wonderful, caring individual.
