Nick amd Ethan were efficient, honest and they provided great customer service. I got all my downlights replaced and I am very satisfied with their work. They also put new oyster lights and all of them have long time warranties. I highly recommend Botto's Electrical if you have any electrical issue in your house.

Nick did a very professional installation in our unit’s new bathroom. When there was an unrelated electrical problem a few months later, he answered the phone from his sick bed on a Saturday evening and gave really good fault finding advice to help us address the issue. Nick, this was and still is, sincerely appreciated!

My dad had an electrical fault and was without power for more than 24hours. I got Mick’s details from another electrician after hours of cold calling off google. Mick was at my dad’s house in Gordonvale within 20mins of speaking to me on a Saturday morning. He was polite, reasonably priced and had the issue sorted within a few hours. Mick even contacted Ergon after he finished so they could connect the mains power again. I can’t recommend Botto’s Electrical enough.

My aircon stopped working. After research Nick found the part required is no longer available or manufactured. He provided a quote to replace and within a week, had removed and installed a new unit. Nick also replaced a sensor light at the front of the house and checked the spotlight out the back. Nothing is too much trouble for Nick, I highly recommend his service if you need a professional, efficient electrician. Thank you Nick.
