BFT Electrical

The BFT team was commissioned to do the install of my home battery system, and I got to say I was impressed by the work they have done. Throughout the entire process, they have been professional and friendly, answering all my questions (mostly because I'm really curious) about everything cables to switches. The installation itself was done very professionally and very tidy. When an Energex technician opened up my meter box about a month after the install for a grid-related issue, he commented on how tidy the work my sparky had done. Needless to say, BFT is now my go-to sparky for any electrical work around the house.

We needed to update the electrical infrastructure throughout our property, as it had originally been installed at an illegally shallow depth. The BFT guys talked us through the most efficient and cost-effective way to achieve this without it becoming overly expensive and destroying our yard. They were so easy to work with and professional in how they went about this project that we opened a discussion with them on installing a solar battery system. This too was done to the highest professional standard. They helped us with long term decisions on the best battery and solar configuration, and sorted out the relevant government subsidies and benefits without us needing to. We couldn't have been happier with their conduct, communication, and work quality.

From the start of posting the job, the BFT team made contact with me straight away, discussed my requirements, gave me professional advise and worked with me to complete this project successfully. Both the admin team, as well as the sparkies always made themselves available for questions and made it easy to approach them. I would happily recommend them to anyone who needs the job done right , efficiently and understanding the customer's budget and needs. Thank you BFT, looking forward to our next project together.

Bryce and Vanessa at BFT were amazing during a process I was finding quite confusing as part of our Council D.A. They went absolutely above and beyond to assist me where they could with their knowledge and services and charged a reasonable price.
