Battery Barn

I've only ever used Battery Barn for batteries for cars, motorbikes, ski boat and my ride-on lawn mower. I recently went to Battery Barn to replace the battery in our BMW. Unfortunately, a black box got fried, rendering the headlights and windows inoperative. Brad straight up accepted liability and met the cost of the new black box. Cannot recommend Battery Barn more highly.

I'd like to give a big shout out to Jack for his efforts today. Back in March 2024, a local mechanic replaced our battery during a routine service. Firing weak today, we went down to Battery Barn where Jack tested it and identified it as faulty. Furthermore, he stated it was in warranty and we should pursue it. Calling the mechanic, it was stated that it was initially purchased from Battery Barn. Jack cheerfully exchanged it at no charge and we went on our way.

Honest supplier that honours warranty. I w as given a store credit for a failed battery that was 6 months off its warranty ending period. At the time of battery failure this shop was closed for renovations and had to purchase elsewhere. The store was very accommodating with a credit which I used for a battery for another vehicle . Thumbs 👍 up .

Really helpful more than many Allen is the man he knows Batteries .. really like the ease of the new 5kva lithium battery hook up self managed with lcd screen. Hasn’t let me down no regrets for big outlay as one battery replaced 8 batteries. Highly recommend great knowledge based and a can do business. Thanks Allen.
