May I commend Joshua, the young man who serviced my three air-conditioners. Wow - he is a keeper! So polite, thorough and respectful. Chatty, friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and cleaned up after himself. Nothing was too much trouble. I’ll have him again in 12 months please.
