Ampulse Energy - Solar Panel Installations

Couldn’t be happier with our 6.6 kW solar system and 32.8 kWh battery installed by Ampulse Energy. The team was friendly, honest, and easy to deal with from day one. Installation was neat and professional, and everything was explained clearly before they left. The system is performing great and the battery has already made a big difference. Nico, from Ampulse Energy did a great job installing our solar system. But you never know until you have a problem. We had a problem recently 4 yrs after install. The Sungrow inverter failed. A rare short in the AC socket. Can't say enough about how responsive Nico was. He came out on a Saturday morning. He advocated for us to Sungrow. Kept us fully informed. Got the warranty claim approved. The new inverter arrived and it was installed and working a couple of days after that. This is the real test. Ampulse Energy passed with flying colours. Keep up the good work, Nico. A recipe for success, for everyone.

We had Ampulse provide us with our Solar Panels and Inverter just over four years ago for our acreage property. The installation and operation went totally smoothly and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Nico Beyleveld provided continued support and advice after the installation far above and beyond any "normal" expectations for an electrical contractor. Subsequently, in February last year, Cyclone Alfred and a fallen tree destroyed the system. I reached out to Nico and he promptly provided a quote for replacement of the system. This was approved quickly by our Insurance company. Nico had the solar panels and inverter replaced within a few weeks but in the interim, he generously assisted with the connection of a generator to provide us with power for the three weeks of no grid supply following Cyclone Alfred. Once again, the service from Ampulse, including after the installation, was exemplary. Now, with the recent hailstorms, we have the new Solar panels destroyed again! The standard of work and support from Ampulse is outstanding and I would not use any other supplier to replace the system. We look forward to "third time lucky" with the forces of Mother Nature but I feel confident that no matter what, the service from Ampulse will maintain a high-quality, self-sufficient energy supply from our Solar panels and that I will be able to readily obtain advice and support anytime after the installation.

You’re not going to engage a solar installer without doing the research, and once you’ve searched online you will be bombarded with ads, …🙄,…I looked at what was local to me, compared prices and brand names, your first chat with Nico will fill you with confidence. Installation was on time and super professional. Plus he’s there to help after with any questions. Remember it’s not just about reducing/negating your power bills, you’re also being responsible for generating your own power 🌏🌞
