We could not be more happier that we chose to use Platinum Electricians to install our Solar system. Hubby had researched for over a year trying to source a company that he would be comfortable with. Nearly used one company, but they mucked us around and lied, then put us to the back of the queue for installment. Heaps of salesmen came around to the house, hubby had just about given up on getting solar when he came across Platinum. He spoke to Natalie, who was upfront from the beginning and informed him of all the things he needed to know to make a decision. Natalie, Liam and the install guys were all wonderful to deal with and we would recommend using them. Trust me, when your hubby takes over a year to look at potential solar companies, you can be assured he has done the research for you. Use this company, you won't be disappointed!!!

Platinum Electricians installed my 10 kW roof top solar array. They are a very customer focussed firm employing polite and knowledgeable staff who couldn't be more helpful. Platinum sent a team of three electricians to install my 10 kW roof top solar system. They explained the process, indicated how the installation would proceed and answered my questions. All in all, it was a most unobtrusive, professional and efficient installation. Oh, and did I mention that when I placed my order for the solar array, I was told when their team would arrive (and they arrived on time) and I was told how long the installation would take (two days - and it took less!) I am very happy with the installation and the standard and quality of Platinum's workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending Platinum Electricians to others. I would highly recommend Liam at Platinum Electricians Caboolture. Liam serviced our air conditioners ready for the summer and switched our hot water system to work through our solar panels therefore saving us on our power bills. Liams workmanship is very professional, communication was very good, on the whole I found him to be extremely efficient.
