After the installation, a huge storm hit and I was prepared for roof leaks—but not a single drop came through. The workmanship is outstanding. We had a fantastic experience with Alfa Air. The service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Tayler and a new colleague (apologies, I didn’t get the name of the new tradesman) came out to install additional zones and temperature sensors. They did an excellent job — professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Pricing was transparent with no surprises, which we really appreciated. There was a small hiccup during the quoting stage, but Jordan stepped in and sorted it out very quickly and professionally. It was resolved without any stress on our end. Overall, we’re very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

Fantastic people, friendly and efficient. One little niggle though - the guy who came to give me the quote did not look in the roof cavity and as it turned out there was some structural work needed to be done to fit the system in. This meant an extra cost which I had not budgeted for. I had a 25 year old ducted air conditioning system which needed full replaced. They had the job done in around 4 hours and cleaned up after themselves . Definately recommend these people.

I recently engaged Alfa Air to repair my Daikin ducted air-conditioning system. It was a challenging job, but overall the work was completed to a good standard. While one staff member displayed an unpleasant attitude, Curtis ultimately identified the fault and ensured it was resolved.
