We had a visit yesterday from one of your employees to test the smoke alarms in our home and I wanted to pass on positive feedback to you. He arrived when he said he would, was polite and also did the compliance check quickly and without any issues, even offering to take off his shoes. Great service.

More than satisfied with the quick service they provided to us through the 24 hours service. Had an issue with the smoke detector in our apartment and we were panicked as this is the first time we faced such an issue. They gave us such a relief and an instant solution over the phone until the issue is completely solved with the property agent later on. We are so much grateful to that.

Harrison Electrical were excellent from the start to finish. They came promptly when all power points lost power. Diagnosed the fault, rectified to allow power to be restored, then promptly replaced faulty A/C unit within 2 days. Could not be happier, nor recommend highly enough.

The electrician came on time, was thorough and identified the problem. He then told us the different trade we needed to engage as it is a data cabling issue that requires specialist equipment. A pleasant young electrician.
