After getting multiple quotes for switchboard upgrade, I decided to do it with this company because they were reasonably priced and very professional and respectful when discussing the quote. I cannot be happier with the decision I made. Two electricians arrived on time and provided an accurate estimate of the duration needed to complete the job and the time I will be without power. After they finished, I asked for a quote to change the light fixture in the laundry and I could not believe it when one of them went to a close by Bunnings, got a new LED light and installed it for free. It took him less than 5 minutes to install it, but what a nice gesture. Before they left, they cleaned up everything and asked to be called for any issues. The best experience I've had with tradespeople by a large margin.
