We had Josh from Vivid Electrical do some work for us and he was absolutely amazing. Professional from start to finish, he made sure everything was done properly and cleaned up as he went with no mess left behind at all. He worked with us to get the job done the way we wanted, was reliable, had great communication, and showed up when he said he would (which is rare these days!). Josh is an extremely responsive and professional electrician. Nothing is ever an issue and he provided plenty of options during our renovation. He did a complete rough in and fit out whilst also upgraded the old fuse board to bring my house out of the 80s. Since using Vivid Electrical I have recommended Josh to family and friends where he also exceeded expectations of ‘your regular sparkie’. I will continue to use Vivid’s services in the future!

I highly recommend Josh for electrical work. He is very personable, happy to discuss options and provide knowledgeable advice. He is a very neat and tidy worker and punctual. Josh changed some existing light fittings, moved fans and installed a number of new light fittings, which required locating and identifying previously installed cabling. That in itself was difficult due to our house having no roof cavity. We also had a major fault with several outdoor lights. Josh persisted, far beyond what we expected of him, and he subsequently located and identified the problem, which he rectified. All of this was done in one day at a reasonable cost. We are very satisfied with the service Josh provided for us.

We used Josh from Vivid on our new build and major renovation in North Avoca. Josh’s professionalism, attention to detail and assistance throughout the project from start to finish was absolutely amazing. He eliminated any stress and exceeded our expectations.
