Matt, Peter and the team were nothing short of incredible. Shortly after arriving, they identified an issue with the fan/light we had purchased. They told us immediately meaning we were able to rectify the issue with the retailer whilst they prepared for the install meaning we had zero downtime. After installing the 2 products, there was a problem with one of the fan’s programming which seemed to malfunction - an issue for the retailer which Vision assured us they will rectify with the retailer directly (we had booked Vision through this retailer) and come back to us the next business day with a solution. True to their word, we had the issue rectified the next business day and we have had zero issues since. If it wasn’t for Visions clear communication and prompt service, we would most likely still be having issues. They went above and beyond for 2 issues that were absolutely the retailers responsibility and helped us understand the problem and worked on solutions for us.
