Ryan quickly navigated me to making it safe over the phone and arrived within the hour to investigate. Turns out some rodents had chewed some wires in my ceiling and a small rewire was required. Ryan got it done in just over an hour and even put the circuit on a safety switch. Good value, great communicator, would highly recommend.
