I recently used Steins Electrical and couldn’t be happier with the service. Nick’s eye for detail was outstanding. Things that I probably wouldn’t have noticed myself actually bothered him, which really shows the level of pride he takes in his work. He took his time working through some fiddly issues and never once seemed frustrated or rushed. I was also impressed with how well he communicated with the young apprentice working with him — it was clear he was patient and professional while guiding him. From the moment he set up his tools to the final clean-up (including vacuuming everything), his professionalism was of the highest standard. Nick installed 14 downlights in the bedrooms, two IXL units in the bathrooms, removed a fan and replaced it with a light, and installed pendant lights over our dining area. The pendant lights were the standout for me — his precision and eye for detail down to the millimetre were incredible. He took the time to get them perfectly placed and didn’t get frustrated even when I changed my mind a few times during the process. I originally heard about Nick from someone else who was very impressed with his work, and now I’m happily passing that recommendation on. Awesome service! Required an urgent PowerPoint install. Nick replied almost immediately with a competitive offer and organised for install next morning. Received a message early the next day with an ETA and Nick promptly arrived on time. Nick was professional, efficient and communicated exceptionally. We had Nick today fixing lights, switches, PowerPoints and organised to return with more complicated jobs. Nick was quick, smart and kind. He was very considerate in his pricing and even cleaned up the area with his own dustpan!! Win win. You Can’t go wrong with Nick. 10/10 will hire again.
