Great service and communication from start to finish. Resolved a poor airflow situation with the existing ducted airconditioning setup, Kyle and his team were very efficient, took away all the old materials and left everything spotless. Very impressed with the touchscreen / app-enabled multizone control unit.

The office team were super easy to deal with and made everything really simple. Reece came out so quickly, was friendly and professional, and sorted the issue straight away with no fuss. Honestly such an easy, stress-free experience — would definitely use them again!

So far only received my quote. I was surprised at the price I could afford being a Disability Pensioner although I don't think this had anything to do with the quote. Jamie and his apprentice were polite and efficient in giving me their views on particular brands of A/C. I will be having my A/C installed next week and believe all will go well. What I liked was the 5 year warranty and yearly service at a reasonable price and they take away the old A/C. I mentioned Hycool A/C to my son who may contact them in the future. Very likely to recommend Hycool. My air Conditioner was installed and I could not be happier with the two gentlemen who installed it. First off they introduced themselves and shook my hand. A drop sheet was laid on my carpet as well. They were polite and from my observations took great care with all equipment with the A/C. On advice I bought a 7.2 Kilowatt TGL apparently a budget A/C. When turned on the temperature appear on the right hand side glowing what temperature it is running at. I have no doubts It will save on power and the appearance is very smart looking. I would highly recommend this A/C at the price I paid which I was surprised with and was well within my budget as a Disability Pensioner. The cooling is second to none and relatively quiet to run.. On the outside they used new brackets and had the motor a good distance from my brick wall. Cannot say much more except the company looks after their customers and I would give 10/10 . Cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the moment we sent an online request to get in touch to a site inspection to installation was less than 10 days. Regular and appropriate contact. Letting us know via text what time trades would arrive. Always on time. Lovely crew of trades. We felt so comfortable we left them to do the install while we were at work and they were mindful of our 2 dogs while they were accessing the property and sent photo updates. Honestly the best customer service we have experienced in many years

Highly recommend Hycool aircon, particularly Reece who went above and beyond on getting our electrical board sorted and fixed up. The team installed two split system units extremely efficiently in a couple of hours and the pricing was competitive. Love the fact they are local and the team are really friendly and professional.
