Alex arrived on time, waited while I got a second price opinion, worked quickly and in less time than he quoted and in less time than I was quoted for 2 workers from another company. My old power board was melting and dangerous, the covers to power switches were broken- exposing wires and I had a 3 in 1 - heater, fan, light- put into the bathroom just in time for winter. He came in substantially under other quotes, did the job and I feel safer, warmer and happier in my recently purchased 1960s apartment than if I'd waited for others, paid twice the price and gotten a rookie tradesman through a contractor.
