From start ( quote) to finish Brett was brilliant, his apprentices were a great help, even added an additional plug with no problem and saved a good amount of money and 2 more panels than previous quote, would highly recommend Brett Reid @ Sorted Electrical. Right from the initial consult, it was obvious that Brett genuinely cares about the quality of his work and has a passion for what he does. The entire process was seamless, well organized and incredibly professional. Brett patiently walked us through the different options available to us, from solar panels, inverters, and options to upgrade our switchboard to ensure that what we chose would actually meet our power needs (we work from home most days and like the have the aircon running!). Even after the install was completed, the after sales support we have been provided has been fantastic. We have received prompt and helpful responses whenever we have reached out with any questions.
