We have been using Jeff and Alex for about a year now on a few of our commercial properties and also our house. Without a doubt, Northern NSW Electrical is the best electrical contractor in the Tweed area. Jeff and Alex consistently do professional work, efficiently. The team communicates and will always keep us updated on the job or if there are any delays getting to site , if the previous job ran over on time. I would recommend Jeff and his team for residential and all types of commercial work.

I ran into Jeff in a coffee shop, dressed in his uniform with his company logo - great! I needed an electrician! I asked if he would be interested in doing a new build (my place). Right from the start, Jeff was friendly, open and honest, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Since commencing the job, Jeff has been the right amount of directive, and consultative. Meaning, he asked me what I wanted and helped me make decisions and had some great suggestions and advice. Jeff and Alex have been the best tradies I have had on site with since starting my new build. Getting a great tradie takes away a lot of the mental load when you’ve already got so much going on. Jeff travelled a considerable distance for this job after Telstra NBN quoted us $2500 to replace our MDF Board which was unsightly and posed a risk of a shock from a small current. Jeff was very competively priced, punctual, efficient and easy to get along with and even handled a cranky neighbour well! He did a great job - I just wish I'd got it fixed sooner. He did such a neat job - I highly recommend his workmanship

We have had Jeff do work for us on two occasions. He is always reliable and has given us great advice. We will be getting him out to do more work soon. I recommend him to anyone that wants a service done without any hassle or worries.
