Very happy! Tyson was great working out my best battery/extra solar option at a great price compared to the others. Fingy the lead installer was awesome replacing a very old system, for a 8kw system & 20kw of batteries in one day! Adding the app to my phone & showing how it all works.

Our experience getting a battery for our solar system was made easier and professionally done using the SAE group! Tyson who explained how it would be installed and answered all our questions and always took our calls to the absolutely fantastic installer Marcelo from Novagridenergy. It was not an easy install and he was patient and professional and trouble shooted every problem that arose. We were so impressed with him. The battery is working perfectly and we would recommend this company if you are interested in having a home battery installed.

When we decided to have a solar battery installed at our property in Murwillumbah, we contacted SAE because we valued their service in providing an original 8 panels and inverter through a government low income deal. On this occasion, with the government offering a 30% rebate on a solar battery, we took the advice of SAE in adding a Neovolt battery and a further 9 panels. We initially spoke with an SAE representative on the phone and by email and he later did an on-site inspection before finalising a proposal. Three days ago, installers came to instal the new battery and panels and they were very professional. We look forward to having ongoing contact with SAE as we get used to the new system that, so far, seems to be operating effectively.

I have had solar and batteries installed, all great. Today I had an error identified. The support from SAE was instant, calm and excellent communication from Katie had the problem identified with Essential Energy who are on site resolving their issue. Thankyou SAE!
