Lucas and Paul go above and beyond with their customer service. My power and electricity went out in my apartment and they were my nominated contacts for urgent repairs. They assisted me greatly during a very stressful time having the inability to cook, shower and have light late into the early hours of the morning. They were efficient in their service and kept me updated throughout the entire ordeal. They contacted strata and my real estate agent regardless whether it was their responsibility or not and this needs to be noted without hesitation. Incredible people doing their jobs right.

Paul and the team did an amazing job installing new down lights, ceiling fans and other miscellaneous work that we needed done in our home. They were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and gave good advice and recommendations. Paul is a true professional: booking and communicationn went flawless, he gets to the place on time, quick to realise what needs to be done, while explaining everything he does and why he does or doesnt do it another way.
