Jamie and his team are professional, approachable and have a can do attitude. Nothing is too difficult and they are always eager to help. They provided a top quality job for us. We had Jamie and the team install all our garden lights and upgrade our outside lights around the house. I would highly recommend Jamie and his team!

Pro Image Electrical were subcontractors during our kitchen remodelling - and I feel so grateful that they were! The work included LED light installation highlights in our WIP, buffet and island bench, new downlights with dimmers and pendant lights. We had a steam oven, pyrolytic oven, induction cooktop and silent rangehood. This involved running multiple new circuits through our 110 year old federation home. After we met Jamie, we asked for some additional work to add power and lighting to our attic, relocate our telephone cable, change out some faulty fans and lights, wire in power for new security cameras. Things that I loved about these guys: Nothing was too much effort, Jamie was always willing to help us with the little extra things we needed to get done and provided transparent pricing. Jamie would call in advance to check the guys could arrive with all the required parts, and helped us to be prepared to make sure the right areas were cleared and we had the fittings required. The guys showed up at the promised time every time. Brad was incredibly strategic, planning the cabling to allow access for other tradespeople, asking me forward thinking questions about how I used things to make sure power points, light switches and lights were placed properly to help me get the most functional kitchen possible and other appliances could fit. Brad was also adaptable - when things got moved off our plan he would take the time to patiently show us the options and nothing was too much effort. The guys were so friendly and positive - such a pleasure to have around. They also laid down sheets and cleaned up so the place was spotless before they left each day. Most significantly, we had some delays with the kitchen stone and Brad and the guys came in on Christmas eve going above and beyond to help us get a functional amount of kitchen prior to the holidays Thanks so much Jamie and team - we love your work and are looking forward to seeing you for stage 2 of the renos!

Pro Image were exceptional to deal with. Polite, professional and fair. Jamie gave sound professional advice over the phone to identify my issue without pressure to proceed with anything I wasn’t completely comfortable with and appropriately explained all recommended work, safety benefits to making some changes to what I had in place and an honest and clear quote of the expected cost. Mitch arrived at my home promptly to attend to the agreed work and was respectful, tidy and efficient in completing the required work but also willing to appropriately answer my questions without anything seeming a bother. Fantastic service! I definitely recommend this company for home electrical needs and would use them again for future electrical needs without hesitation.
