I installed a 7.2KW PV Enphase system + 5KWhr Enphase battery on top of 2-story terrace - excellent service / communication throughout, fair pricing, fantastic job on the installation with very neat work throughout including the visible conduit works, site left very clean throughout. Would definitely recommend (already have to a number of people). Loving the battery.

Tim installed our 75" Samsung Frame onto the wall and hid the cabling behind the plaster board. He was able to do this for us on New Year's Eve on short notice, so that we could watch the fireworks with our friends. He was very knowledgeable about the Samsung supplied wall bracket and measured up the walk so it was perfectly centred. He was very professional and on time. I will be using Tim's services again.

Tim was absolutely amazing! He fixed our power tripping, and upgraded our switch board. Replaced our bathroom fan and installed LED lights and fan covers for us. He was at our place all day and didn’t stop once! Did everything with a smile, let us ask a billion questions and fixed our tripping issue for significantly cheaper than other electricians quoted us and hadn’t been able to fix! We have already recommended him to all our family and friends and are getting him back in a few weeks to redo all our lighting. It’s the best trade experience we have ever had! If you need any work done, you will not be disappointed. 10/10.

Contacted Tim about installing ceiling fans in my unit. There were several unknowns and potential challenges (e.g. light and switch setup, ceiling "material" etc) but during initial discussions, Tim was very helpful in explaining the different options of solutions. On the day of installation, he also identified that my switchboard (consumer unit?) no longer meets the safety standards, so he explained to me in detail what the implications were and provided the option of upgrading it on the same day. Even though this was an unexpected additional cost for me, the cost was only a minor concern since the upgrade was safety related! Tim and his colleague (sorry, didn't get his name) were also very friendly and accommodating.

Great experience with Tim and Principal electrical. The online process to request a quote and then a brief call was enough to get a fixed price for the job. Tim arrived diagnosed the problem with our fan and then worked with the manufacturer to organise replacement parts and repair the fan. The whole process was efficient and simple from my perspective and will definitely use him again for future work.
