I got a Tesla Wall charger installed in my apartment carpark (underground). These guys are THE BEST. Honestly, I could not be happier with their service. Super easy to contact, always called me back if needed, punctual, friendly, amazing at what they do, and flexible. On top of all the, their prices were great too. I could not have wanted more. 5 stars well deserved!

Really impressed with the work done by the crew. Had an EV charger installed in my apartment carpark. It was a long run of cable and required drilling through some concrete. The survey and work were handled well and I never had doubts they would be able to deliver. Really fantastic, all around.

After contacting 4 local Brisbane Electricians to install a ripple filter on our ceiling fans I got a range of responses from "A what?", "Sure, in 3 weeks" etc. The experience from Platinum was the complete opposite. I initially spoke with Barry who said he'd call me back with the best option after doing a bit of research, which he did. Then Paul turned up the next day, very professional and personable, got the job done quickly and it solved the murmuring noise in the fan. We then got them back to fix the rest. In short -engage these guys with confidence.

Monday morning when I was at work, got a desperate phone call from my wife that our electric box was on fire and two fire trucks attended to put it down. Called Platinum at 10 and Luke arrived at 10:30 to got rid off all melted wires and Board. Adam arrived at noon with new Board and fuses. They fixed all mess and power was back on running at 4pm!!! All jobs were professionally done with good quality Aussie products, they were gentle, kind and clean all rubbish before they left!!! We were a bit worry about the bill but man that was really a fair dinkum invoice even with Level 2 sparky attended!!! Thank you Adam and Luke!!! Well Done guys!!! We would highly recommend Platinum Eletricians!!!

Dane was very helpful and clear what to expect before the job commenced and also visited the site to check on the progress. Christian and his colleague were on site and ensured the job was carried out in a compliant manner and reused material that could be used ... resulting in savings (for the customer).
